ICC — Construction Project Management (“ICC”) is a Costa Rican firm dedicated to construction project management and project controls. This website, icc.co.cr, is informational. For any questions about this policy you can write to info@icc.co.cr or call us at +506 4001-5848.
2. Data we receive
This site does not require registration and does not create user accounts. The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily share when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, your contact information and the content of your inquiry.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you share with us solely to answer your inquiry and provide professional follow-up. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp channel runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform. Messages you send us through that channel are also processed under WhatsApp’s terms of service and privacy policy, available on the WhatsApp website.
5. Analytics and cookies
This site may use audience measurement tools that produce aggregated visit statistics (for example, page views and country of origin) to improve our content. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising profiles.
6. Retention and security
We keep communications for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any professional relationship deriving from it, and we apply reasonable security measures to protect them against unauthorized access.
7. Your rights and data deletion
Under Costa Rica’s Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, write to info@icc.co.cr stating your request; we will handle it within a reasonable time and confirm through the same channel.

We may update this policy when necessary. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last-updated date.
