ICC was founded in 2000 by Eng. Jaime Molina Ulloa, with the purpose of putting his experience in construction and real estate development at the service of clients seeking to delegate the management of their projects to an expert who would represent them with judgment, responsibility and strategic vision. Since then, ICC has become a benchmark in project management in Costa Rica, thanks to the sophistication of its operations, the specialization of its services based on global best practices and a solid, people-centered work culture.
